This cottage is ideal for couples, intimate weekend getaways, retreats, and special occasions such as anniversaries or birthdays. Elm Cottage is a luxury studio with a king bed that features a farmhouse kitchen, dining table for two, a SmartTV, and a private full bath with a walk-in shower and elegant farmhouse soaking tub. Additionally, the cottage has a great outdoor deck and patio perfect for your morning coffee or your evening glass of wine or cocktail. Lastly, the property includes free and hi-speed WiFi, ensuring that you will be able to stay connected to your loved ones and friends, while also making them jealous of the oasis of where you're staying, Elm Cottage at Grapetown Cottages!

This rental only includes Elm Cottage for up to 2 individuals. On the same property is Oak Cottage. This is an additional private cottage that may or may not be rented during your rental of Elm Cottage for no more than six individuals. Oak Cottage has its own facilities. It is private and not included in your rental of Elm Cottage. We ask you to treat any potential guests of Oak Cottage with respect and kindness.

NOTE: There is currently a burn ban in place for Gillespie County. No Burning Please!

At Cozi Vacation Rentals, we take your health and safety very seriously, and it is and will always be our top priority. All of our rentals are being cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards after every stay with our cleaning service, Cozi Cleaning Company. All of our licensed, insured, 5-star trained cleaning team members are wearing masks, gloves and are disinfecting/sanitizing each home after each stay.
We are following all of the CDC guidelines, and we are proud members of the Texas Hotel and Lodging Association and the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA), where we are closely monitoring and following all of their guidance for cleanliness and guest safety precautions. *In lieu of a damage security deposit, where most companies charge and over $500, and where you as the guest risk these companies not returning your damage deposit, Cozi does it differently by charging a one-time non-refundable $39 fee which provides up to $5000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions) that could occur during you and your guests stay. Plan terms and conditions will be provided to all guest reservations after the time of booking. Any charges owed by Guest may be charged by Cozi to Guest’s card on file in addition to seeking any relief provided by law.
