Plop a tube right in the river from the backyard or go swimming and fishing. Use the place as a “home base” while you soak and float at the nearby Schlitterbahn Waterpark (right across the street) and go two-step at Gruene Hall -- Texas’ oldest dance hall (about 2-3 miles away). We had an overall great experience in Condo C111! Kitchen is well stocked with almost any cooking equipment you could need.

Location was wonderful for tubing the Comal and for its proximity to Schlitterbahn! The unit was clean and had everything needed for a home away from home. The patio was massive and had great river views for morning coffee and an evening drink. Both river access and pool were wonderful. Unit comes with one covered parking space which was a bonus. Overall this was a great place we would not hesitate to rent again.

Great updated and comfortable condo! Very nice bathrooms & showers, nice view and back porch is a major bonus as all 6 of us had plenty room on it with a river view!

The price makes it a bad value. One night said & done with cleaning fees is $950. Got a Hard No on early check in, hard no and $100 /hr fee for late check out.

Location is great - if you are planning on visiting the Schlitterbahn. The apartment is right next to the Schlitterbahn East (new part of the water park), don’t need to flight for the parking early in the morning. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment. Absolutely great location for our girls trip! Covered parking space, clean, comfy beds, and amazing porch with view of the river. Enjoyed spending morning and evenings on the porch watching wildlife! Enjoyed our stay so much we didn’t want to leave. Spent mornings and evenings on the porch watching river activity and wildlife. My family and I had a great stay. The condo was clean, nicely renovated and the river view was gorgeous! The condo is located between Austin and San Antonio which worked out well for us as we explored both cities. Gruene is nearby too and is worth checking out. This was a really cozy apartment that seemed recently renovated and nicely done. I stayed off season but one of New Braunfels main attractions, Schlitterbahn (water park)is right across the street so this spot is perfect for family activities. The Comal river is pretty much the back yard. There is a nice patio that overlooks it. The host was responsive and communication was good. Lovely spot.

Can’t get closer to Schlitterbahn without staying at one of their very old rooms or without camping out in one of the kid slides overnight. If tubing is your thing, walk out the back door and down the private steps and away you go. Very clean and all of the listed amenities were present and working.

Great location, especially if visiting Schlitterbahn! River is deep right by condo but could be fun for good swimmers. You get two parking permits at check in time. There is one designated covered spot and the other available spots are uncovered. Front room has accordion door, and window to parking lot. Room next to hall restroom has small window to parking lot. Back room with restroom has a sliding door to back patio. Patio is open so neighbors could access your patio if they wanted.
