Welcome to Starry Night, a luxurious, premier vacation rental that’s nestled on 13 beautiful Texas Hill Country acres, and located just 10 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg! This rental combo is made up of the Main House and four cottages called The Nest, D’vine, Running Horse, and Carriage House that sleep 24 people! This home is ideal for Large Groups, Weddings, Retreats and Families! This rental sits at the highest elevation point in Gillespie County!
In total, the homes on this sprawling property feature 8 bedrooms and 7 full-sized bathrooms. It also boasts a luxurious pool with a built-in jacuzzi, an outdoor kitchen with a grilling station, and a grand, outdoor fireplace! After a long day of exploring Fredericksburg’s many wineries, shops, and restaurants, the outdoor space of this luxury home is a fantastic place to spend quality time and create unforgettable memories with loved ones, family, and friends. Additionally, it is perfect for corporate retreats, rehearsal dinners, and weddings, as the views are stunning and outdoor spaces can accommodate large groups.
This gorgeous property is planted and designated as a native Texas wildlife habitat that draws in many birds and pollinators such as butterflies and bees.
Please Note:
-The indoor fireplace is currently not available for use in the main house.
-Wood for outdoor fireplace is not provided.
-Please note that the pool is serviced on Mondays, so if your stay includes this day, you may see the pool technician on-site.
Easy Check-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $83.74 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Happy Guest is web-based and user-friendly, with all the info about the house and local spots. Hosted 14 girls for a getaway weekend and the accommodations were wonderful! PROS: The main house plus additional cottages gave everyone space and the main living room/kitchen/backyard flow was perfect for entertaining. The pool was lovely for relaxing. The kitchen has all the essentials, including a large fridge and a pantry for storing groceries. The property is 10 minutes from downtown as well as within 20-30 min of some great wineries. The property management team was very responsive which was appreciated. CONS: While everything else about the stay was wonderful, we unfortunately had to deal with scorpions in the house throughout the weekend. The property team was quick to respond to our messages and sent out their pest control to spray/leave traps, but this left us uneasy sleeping. By the end of the weekend, we counted 15 scorpions in traps. Thankful for the traps, but the property could use additional pest management to try and keep the house clear of them.

The house and casitas were perfect for our party of eight ladies. Everything about the place was top notch and we enjoyed every moment we were there! Would definitely want to go there again and the cozy staff were wonderful!!

We had a group of 10 people utilizing the main house and each of the cabins so having the entire property to ourselves was great! We loved the view, the cozy beds & couches. The kitchen is big enough to all gather, which somehow is where we always end up. The outdoor patio/grill area was great as well! We enjoyed all the things, fire, pool, patio, etc!
