Experience life on Lake LBJ at this stunning 4000 sq ft home that sits at the end of a canal with a boat slip and will comfortably sleep up to sixteen guests. The ample outdoor space features generous seating with three deck areas, a brand new hot tub, plenty of room for the kids to play outside, and a fire pit for those chilly nights on the lake.
This 6-bedroom, 4-bath home has plenty of space for your entire group to relax and enjoy a peaceful getaway. Gather with everyone in the living room, play games, watch a movie, or enjoy great conversation and laughs.
The downstairs recreation room provides entertainment for the kids or the guys who want to watch the big game while on vacation; it also offers a kitchenette perfect for serving snacks.
Each bedroom offers plenty of space and privacy; the two master bedrooms and bedrooms three and four have king-sized beds. The fifth bedroom is a bunk room and will sleep up to six with two bunk beds plus one full-size bed; the adjoining sitting room (Bedroom 6) has a queen sleeper sofa.

We stayed at this property with a few families and we loved it! There was plenty of space for all the kids and adults! There is a huge open kitchen upstairs with plenty of room to cook for everyone! We used the downstairs area for all the kids! There was plenty of space for the kids to play and tons of activities for them - foosball, PlayStation, tvs in every room and more!
There was also plenty of space to hang out outside! There was a griddle and bbq which was perfect for feeding our large group! There is plenty of space to hang out on the decks with beautiful views looking straight down the canal!
In the evening we spent time having drinks at the firepit!
There is plenty to do at this property and we'll definitely be back with our family (and a few more) over the summer!

Wonderful place to get away and relax! The house was super clean and appeared to be all new furniture and appliances. It was right on the lake with a boat slip, so easy access to get to the water with plenty to do inside the house. It has two spacious living rooms with one upstairs for adults and another downstairs that was fun for all ages! Foosball table, pop-a-shot basketball, darts, plenty of board games and even a PS4 for the kids!
They made sure to take care of their guests as each bathroom provided small toiletries (soaps, shampoos, lotion, etc) and makeup towels. Kitchen was stocked with all utensils and pots/pans you could need for the trip so we only had to bring our food and spices!
Great overall experience and home to have a little getaway! We will definitely be booking this again with our family!
