This property's outdoor oasis is genuinely an exceptional experience. You will love the perfect sunrises and sunsets and the gorgeous Starry Night Skies with your favorite beverage in hand! The interior is just as impressive as the outside, boasting a luxurious kitchen, bedrooms, jacuzzi bathrooms, and five large and private bedrooms that sleep up to 12 people! Its location is superb as it is just a short 10-minute drive to downtown Fredericksburg!
This picturesque, private combo has five bedrooms with three king beds and two queen beds, four bathrooms, a full-sized outdoor pool bathroom, a gourmet kitchen, a dining space, a living room, and an outdoor kitchen. Additionally, this combo includes a wine fridge and wet bar, a gorgeous grilling area, and an outdoor bar, perfect for entertaining a large group, while soaking in breathtaking views of The Texas Hill Country.

We very much enjoyed four days in the Starry Night house. Highlights were large house, great rooms, comfy beds, sunset watching in the hot tub, movies on the sofa, trips to Hilltop Cafe (four minutes away).

A really awesome property, located on top of a small hill. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner really took care of every little detail. Everything is new.
We spend a long weekend there with 5 couples and 2 kids. There is plenty of space. The house also has two air mattresses. The kitchen is very well equipped.
We saw some scorpions coming out after sunset. But they were very small.
A great location to get away - but also very close to Fredricksburg, Enchanted Rock, wineries and other attractions.

We came to Fredericksburg to celebrate my husband’s birthday with family and had an absolute blast!!!! This property is beautiful!
The property is exactly as depicted through the photos. The house has 4 bedrooms and the casita is adjacent to the driveway. My husband and I stayed in the casita.
Both the house and casita are perfectly decorated and literally every detail has been thought through in regards to amenities. The beds are incredibly comfortable and we’re literally the conversation topic every morning. The kitchen is fully staffed with every cooking pot, pan, and utensil imaginable, which came in handy when we made breakfast and grilled one day for lunch.
We spent a lot of time in the hot tub and pool. They have ample pool towels, so you don’t need to bring any. The pool is heated and is controlled by a remote.
The property is about 10 minutes from town and is located in an incredibly peaceful place. Each morning and evening we saw butterflies, deer, and humming birds. It was awesome. We used Black Barrel Tours for a wine tasting tour. Christian was great! We also had dinner at the Granite House Lounge and Hondos. Both were great!
Cozi was an awesome property manager. They were incredibly responsive and communicated regularly to check in to make sure we were happy and enjoying the property.
The only thing that wasn’t our favorite were the scorpions. We weren’t expecting those. They come out at night…. However I will say that each night we saw fewer and fewer. The first night we saw quite a few because no one had been there for a few days. The second night we saw about 4 and the last night we saw 1. At no time was anyone stung and at no point were they in the house. They don’t like light. At night we kept the back patio lights on and they never came near us.
All in all it was a great experience and we can’t wait to go back!

Beyond expectations. Extremely clean. Attention to details (lights identified, board games, pool towels with theme house decorations) . More equipped than expected. Excellent for children safety (door alerts, door latch for pool access). Very nicely decorated. Comfortable beds. Overall… AWESOME EXPERIENCE! Highly recommended!
