This luxurious and modern riverfront condo is right across the street from Schlitterbahn Waterpark and nestled within cypress trees right on the Comal River. The property boasts hundreds of feet of riverfront access, a community pool and hot tub, outdoor grills, and stunning waterfront views of the Comal River! This condo is ideal for families and small groups of up to six people looking for fun in the sun!

Plop a tube right in the river from the backyard, or go swimming and fishing. Use the place as a “home base” while you soak and float at the nearby Schlitterbahn Waterpark (right across the street), and go two-step at Gruene Hall -- Texas’ oldest dance hall (about 2-3 miles away).

The property features a Cozi and luxurious vibe, a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, wood floors, a private outdoor patio with stunning river views, two bedrooms (1 king bed and 1 queen) with their own private bath, and where one bedroom has a breathtaking view of the river, and then the other has spectacular views of the Schlitterbahn Water Park.

Easy Check-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Happy Guest is web-based and user-friendly, with all the info about the house and local spots. Place was great. The WIFI they give you is terrible but Cozi was very quick to accommodate. Pictures showed two twin beds and there was a queen in the guest room. Which was fine but my youngest kicks a lot in his sleep which led to my oldest having terrible sleep. Other than that minor thing everything was great.

This was a reunion for 4 college roommates. The condo is beautiful with lovely views. We enjoyed the fireplace because it was a cold and rainy weekend. We wish they could have issued more parking passes. We had to drive vehicles to public parking. The location was beautiful and we were happy to enjoy a fun weekend with lifelong friends!

What a great place! We were traveling with friends and this condo was the perfect place to stay and enjoy New Braunfels. The place was so clean, the beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, living room was great for gathering, but our favorite was the balcony overlooking the Comal. We will definitely be back!

the place was beautiful. great balcony view, and it is stocked with everything you need! I read another review stating they didn't get provided with extras like blankets and what not, but I have to disagree. They have board games, both rooms and living room had extra blankets, bathrooms had plenty of extra towels, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything imaginable, which made my cooking experience amazing. owners were very responsive and helpful when I had questions or concerns. the location is great and everything you need is near! if you are looking at this place definitely give it a chance! I will be staying here again in the future.

Great location on the Comal River for a family vacation. We would stay at this property again. It's very conveniently located to Schlitterbahn East, a short drive to the Comal Tube Chute, there is also a public river entrance at the Garden St. bridge (approx 45min float to property private exit). We were very happy with our choice to stay here.

Beautiful home across from Schlitterbahn on the Comal River. The condo is very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and spacious for the 4 of us. We enjoyed watching the deer every morning from the back patio. Only a short walk to Schlitterbahn which is great, avoiding parking lot issues. The beds are soo comfortable and the linen very soft! A few minor issues on arrival but an immediate response from the host and they were resolved quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice, clean and updated. Perfect spot for access to the Comal, Schlitterbahn, and downtown. Beds were comfortable. I know kids have their own screens these days, but a TV in the second bedroom would be a nice addition. Overall great stay!

We had an amazing time on the river. The resort is walking distance to Schlitterbahn…which is a huge plus because parking there is hard. New Braunfels is a beautiful town. We loved every minute we were there.

This is the perfect stay for a tubing trip to New Braunfels! We were right on the water and had access to the river. It’s also just a short walk from the last public Comal river exit and steps away from Schlitterbahn. The apartment was comfy and had lots of space for the four of us. Cozi was very accommodating and quick to respond when we had questions during our stay. We would absolutely stay again in the future!

Excelente ubicación, fui con mi familia al incicio de la semana santa, de Lunes a Jueves, y el parque acuatico estaba cerrado, pero nosotros queriamos diafrutar el rio con los inflables. A pesar que el primer dia rentamos las llantas, ya al segundo dia vimos que podiamos caminar menos de 5 minutos y poder diafrutar del rio por una hora!, saliendo de nuevo cerca del departamento. Esta recién remodelado, definitivamente regresaría. El único pequeño problema fue el internet. Nunca conseguimos una buena señal, la comunicación excelente, nos proporcionaron otra red, y con esa pudimos tener algo de internet.

Great location directly on the river. Just a few block walk to downtown shops/restaurants. This condo has been completely renovated and is as advertised. Would stay here again. Added bonus is there is a semi secret public river access point on the Garden St bridge across the street.. so you can continuously float this stretch of river by getting out at the last public exit and walking back to Garden St.

Great location to water park although we did not use park or river. Condo had a view of the river which was very nice. Furnishings were beautifully done-beds were comfortable and clean. All wooden type flooring very nice but could have used a better cleaning. Our barefoot 11 month old's feet would be pretty dirty after walking around. Dishwasher would not work but we didn't find out till departure day. We would stay again especially if we wanted to go to park.

Serene & Luxurious condo!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very nicely renovated & decorated. The beds and living room furniture were very soft & comfortable & rooms were spacious. The balcony was perfectly serene for enjoying our coffee in the a.m. I am a Realtor @ a vacation rental company in Galveston. The wall mounted check-in tablet was very cool; easy check in/out and loved that it had restaurant suggestions and links to contact management. The only slight downside (and this is for the location not this individual condo) was that there is no land on the river side to bbq as the bbq pits are by the parking lot. Overall, 5 stars!

Booking and checking in is very easy. Schlitterbahn is across the street. Once we checked in, we walked to places to eat. We walked over to Schlitterbahn. We brought our own floats, and the Comal River by the condo. We floated the short distance to the last public exit and made the short walk back to the condo to go again. We were novices at floating down the river, and this is a perfect set up to try it out! The condo is great! It is very clean, and is a great set up with living space downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. We loved the accommodations, and we are planning for another visit next year!

Great Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at this property! The condo looked exactly like the pictures online and the location was absolutely unbelievable! I really enjoyed the back patio overlooking the Comal River! Our host was excellent! We had bad weather one afternoon and it knocked out the internet and cable. She went over and beyond to get us back online which was really important because I was working remotely on this trip. We will definitely be back again! This was such an amazing experience. The photos are true and accurate, the view is stunning. I short walk upstairs to the unit with front row COVERED parking!(: This is a huge plus with crazy Texas weather. The walk to the river access spectacular with a pool right next to the river access a plus. The home was spotless clean and so comfortable. With a restroom downstairs and two upstairs was a plus! the second show was not working, so I would double check to make sure it was taken care of before going forward. it was only 3 of us but 4+ would be an inconvenience. Other than that 5 stars rating all the way! We will be back 🙂

A fantastic weekend getaway

From the start the check in process was easy! The property was very easy to locate and extremely close to so many things. Best part to that was the shuttle to float the river. Literally picked us up in front and we floated back to the condo. It was FANTASTIC!!! We absolutely loved the balcony for morning coffee. The condo truly was a beautiful place for our weekend getaway. The only issue we had was the living room TV. Couldn't get it to connect to streaming channels and the cable didn't offer many options. Luckily the bedroom did work so that was nice in the evenings. Other than that... I would DEFINITELY recommend staying here. I know we will be planning a trip back very soon!

Great location. The river is an awesome place to relax by to socialize with some of the people tubing. The floor to ceiling windows upstairs were amazing when we got to watch a lightning storm at night.
