This home's outdoor space is truly an oasis and ideal for summer fun in the sun with your friends, family, and loved ones! Jump right off your private dock into the river, bring your boat to the private boat dock, or sit on the deck with your favorite beverage at night! Just 20 mins to Schillterbahn and Downtown New Braunfels!

This fabulous Guadalupe River vacation home boasts 3 full bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Having 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Full over Full bunk beds, and 3 Queen sleeper sofas, this amazing house easily sleeps 16 people! Additionally, it offers an amazing kitchen with stainless steel appliances, as well as an outdoor kitchen, complete with outdoor furniture, dining tables, shade umbrellas, AND an outdoor Cedar Sauna! Enjoy all of this from the second-story deck, while you gaze upon the shimmering water of the grand, Guadalupe River!

Cozi Vacation Rentals and our 24/7 local team pride themselves on and are dedicated to ensuring you have an exceptional experience every stay with us. If there is anything we can do to help make your stay more memorable or help with special plans like a birthday, anniversary, bachelorette planning, dinner reservations, private chefs, massages, wine tours, and more, please do not hesitate to ask as your wish is our command.

In lieu of a damage security deposit, Cozi charges a non-refundable $49 damage protection fee, which will show up as a required management fee or concierge fee at the time of your booking. The fee provides up to $5000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages during your reservation and stay (subject to plan terms and conditions). Cozi Vacation Rentals will send you the plan description after a confirmed booking and it also can be found in our "house rules or rental agreement" section before completing your reservation booking.

At Cozi Vacation Rentals, we take your health and safety very seriously, and it is and will always be our top priority. All of our rentals are being cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards after every stay with our cleaning service, Cozi Cleaning Company. Our licensed, insured, 5-star trained cleaning team members wear masks and gloves and are disinfecting each home after each stay.

The only reason why it was not 5 stars all the way across was there were only 2 trash bags, one pan, and one paper towel roll. We ended up buying more while there. Everything was clean and beautiful. We didn’t have any other issues.

My friends and i had a great time here. Very peaceful. The house is fun and has interesting architecture. Patios galore with an outdoor bar and grill plus a fire pit. The fock was 2 stories and had seating on top. River was beautiful and the trees surrounding were ancient.
Thanks fornthe hospitality and the fun location. We would love to stay again and plan on doing so!

We enjoy a lot the back patio! It was perfect for my family and myself! Plenty of beds for all of us. Will rent again. Just next time taking our own frying pans, we do a lot of cooking and the once there weren’t enough.

We had a large family gathering post Christmas and this place met our needs very well.
We really liked the layout with separate floors and multiple balconies to give individuals some space while also having the large living area and kitchen to accommodate meals and games for all of us.
The boat dock was excellent with a great upstairs lounge area - better than the description. 🙂
The lot is large and pretty with many outdoor activities possible.
It’s close enough to a grocery store to be convenient and centrally located to visit area attractions (Gruene, San Marcos, downtown NB. )

Our family enjoyed Thanksgiving at this house and the backyard was the best. The house held us well, there was plenty of room for us to not be on top of each other. The backyard though, we can see this being a great little getaway for the summer.
