Olive St Ranch HotTub Party Barn

We stayed here a few weeks back. Lovely place, great location. Can't wait to come back for another visit. 

We enjoyed the outdoor space with lots of room for activities. Its in a great location just a couple minutes drive from downtown Fredericksburg. would recommend for a family getaway. 

We had a group of 12 and this property was perfect for our girls trip. The three separate houses gave everyone space. Had all the amenities we needed! The communication from Cozi was fast and clear. Would definitely recommend and book again! 

Olive Street Ranch was fantastic! Plenty of space, super nice amenities, and Cozi was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend for large groups wanting to explore Fredericksburg and have your own private getaway. 

Beautiful property and houses! This was perfect for us and we are already looking at when we can come back! There were 14 of us ad it housed us very easily. 

We spent Labor Day weekend at Olive Street Ranch and it was an absolute blast! The kids loved the huge bedroom with the California king-sized beds, and the outdoor fire pit where they roasted marshmallows and chocolate for some epic S'mores. There's a cornhole game out back near the fire pit and there is a ping pong table under the covered shed area out back, plus a covered patio up front as well as a covered deck on the back. This vacation rental is hug - it sits on something like 10+ acres, and there's a huge open field, tons of parking space, and best of all - its gated so there's a lot of privacy here despite being so close to downtown Fredericksburg. If you are staying a few days and want to cook, you don't need to bring groceries with you. There is a Natural grocers store and a Wal-mart less than 2-3 minutes away, as well as a Doller General down the road.

We stayed at Olive Street Ranch for a long weekend with our 3 kids. Such a beautiful and welcoming homes! Super clean and comfortable. Insanely great location-feels like you are deep in the county but only 1/2 mile from the town. Our boys had so much fun watching the neighbor's sheep graze in the mornings, hunting for arrow head in the oak groves, watching the deer run and jump, and playing Jenga by the fire pit. Beautiful fruit trees on the property! We loved being so close to all the good wineries, restaurants and some historic sights. We also visited the nearby Jenschke farms and picked pumpkins, played in the corn-maze and corn pit, and bought the last peaches of their season. We hope to come back to Fredericksburg soon and stay here again! 

Really nicely decorated and very clean with a great location. 

Just a two minute drive from Main Street this was perfect for us to head into town. Provided a quiet place to hang out and enjoy the small distance from all the crowds. It has a fun outdoor area in the back. 

This was everything we needed for us to visit Fredericksburg with our friends and our two littles. The space is wide open, incredibly clean, and everything was so renovated and modern. The bed was so comfy and the pillows were amazing! We will absolutely be back! 

Great location to wineries and town, cute and clean inside with comfortable beds. Perfect for a Fredericksburg weekend! Loved it! Would definitely recommend this place. 

This place is awesome! Great accommodations with country charm. Fire pit and outdoor space provided plenty of activities. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay with a large group in Fredericksburg! 

We were 3 couples. We were amazed by this place. Beautiful, clean, cozy and nice surroundings..We will definitely be back. 

Fun stay just a minute or two from Main Street. It has a large fenced in grass area in the back and it is a gated property. Cozi was responsive to all our needs. 

I highly recommend this place. Each house is very clean and exactly the same as the photos that are posted. The furniture is good quality and the beds are comfortable. 

We had a great time here. Exceptionally clean. Everything was brand new. Amazing furnishings and vibe. Just half a mile to Main Street. Gated, with security code, which we liked. Quiet, yet a great party barn with fun games. And there are two beautitul horses behind the property. 

Beautiful property! Quiet and very enjoyable. 

Best place in Fredericksburg, hands down. If you want to enjoy where you're staying, you need to stay here, trust me!

-On a huge property with horeses and big Oak groves just behind the houses. 

-Huge bedrooms with very comfortable beds and even great pillows if you forget yours from home like I did (one of the kids said "that bunk bed was the most comfortable matress I've ever slept on")

-Everything is new from renovation. Beautiful kitchens, bathrooms, light fixtures, appliances. (Can you tell we were blown away by how nice it was :))

-Open barn behind a large open backyard area with ping pong, washers, cornhole, picnic tables, and a big fire pit with string lights in the Oak trees. 

We've stayed in a few places in Fredericksburg and this will be the one we will stay in from now on!
