Olive St. Ranch Willie's House

Olive Street Ranch is alot more than expected! The home we stayed in (Willie) was modern, clean, and recently renovated. Nothing old or frumpy there. Lots of space to spread out in the home and on the property. The oversized kitchen and huge living room were a nice bonus. The king size beds were comfortable along with a big variety of pillows. We also loved the giant oak trees and party barn. The kids loved making S'mores at the firepit. It was also so nice to be only three minutes from restaurants but in a position to drive East to the wineries. We will be back! 

Excellent location near Main Street, fully equipped, many board games, pool table, hot tub, grill, and darts. We had alot of fun celebrating our three birthdays. 

Great base for a Fredericksburg visit! Great indoor space and outdoor amenities. 

Amazing stay! 'Willie' was a beautiful property with so much entertainment within, whilst in a great location to explore Fredericksburg's countryside and city. Would love to visit again and stay for longer. 

 This place was just as described and perfect for our group. It was super clean and large enough for our birthday weekend. Beds were very comfortable and there was alot of seating. We never even got to make use of the spa and party barn, so that will be another trip! 

Such an AMAZING space! Thank you for allowing us and making our first visit to Fredericksburg, Tx unforgettable. We celebrated our mother's 60th birthday. The location is beautiful and only 4-10 minutes from everything we wanted to experience, check-in was seamless. The space was pristine, inviting, and cozy. Thank you so much for accommodating us, we appreciated this immensely.

Cornhole boards, ping pong, and a fire pit outdoors are awesome. Look forward to visiting in cooler weather to really take advantage of the outdoor amenities. 

Great place to stay if your're going to Fredericksburg. The property has quick access to town. House was very clean and we loved the setup, great for a few couples to stay at. We will certainly use this house again when we come. 

This was everything we needed for us to visit Fredericksburg with our friends and our two littles. The space is wide open, incredibly clean, and everything was so renovated and modern. The bed was so comfy and the pillows...OMG THE PILLOWS! We will absolutely be back with a huge group to rent out the entire property! 

Such a cool property! ouse was so cute and the perfect location for a weekend trip. We'll definitely keep this one on the list for future stays. 

The place was beautiful, inviting, and laid back. The common recreational area had lots of games and was enjoyable. The town is amazing with so much to do, we should have planned for a longer stay. The food, the wines, the shopping was all so much fun. The hot water takes awhile to get to the showers, but once it does, it's plenty warm. We had a problem with the refrigerator while we were there but Cozi addressed it promptly. All in all, it was a great vacay! 

The hot-tub was great. Quiet location, feels rural even though it is so close to town. 

We stayed here for our 9th wedding anniversary with our three children. They loved the place so much that while we were out and about in town they kept asking us to go back to the house. Overall, it was really relaxing, and had just about everything you could ask for as well. The backyard and common areas were super cool and provided a ton of relaxation/adventure. Only thing that was a bit of a let down was that the washer and dryer weren't working, but Cozi was great. 

Our group of 8 had an amazing stay at Willie's House! There were plenty of extra blankets, pillows, toiletries, etc. We enjoyed the outdoor commons as well, and the other guests were very friendly! The host was also very kind. 

Nice, clean and easy to communicate with the host. We had a few very minor glitches that they responded to right away and it was taken care of. Highly recommend and it would be a great location for a family reunion. 

This place is upscale living in the country, half mile maybe a mile from the strip. The outdoor amenities were greatly appreciated. Would love to rent the entire property (3 houses) for like a family reunion of sorts would be fabulous for this!!! 

I am somewhat of a clean freak and Willie's house definitely lived up to my standards. The cleaning lady does an amazing job! The house was precious and very comfortable. It's close to everything, yet private. Loved everything about our stay! Kids had a great time making S'mores out by the firepit. 

The house was country but elegantly decorated! Spacious bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Home had everything we needed including coffee pot/Keurig, games, turntable and records! House was on a huge lot. Perfect place to rent all three homes for a large family gathering. They also have ping pong, cornhole, and a firepit towards the back. It was on a rural road but the street is very close to Main Street in town and the wineries. Plus it is a gated property. Perfect for our weekend getaway. Will stay again for sure! 

We were 3 couples and were amazed by this space. Beautiful, clean, cozy and nice surroundings. We will definitely go back.

Love, Love, LOVE Willie's House! So beautiful, very clean and very comfortable! Loved the fireplace on the tv screen when we checked in. Perfect location very close to Main Street Fredericksburg...walkable. My girlfriends and I had a wonderful 'galentine's' weekend there. Cozi was wonderful, very friendly and responsive. Will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone traveling to Fredericksburg.
