The main floor offers a king bed with a queen sofa pullout in the living area. The upstairs studio boasts a queen bed in a separate room with a twin over twin trundle in the living space. Each floor offers a full kitchen with a well-appointed coffee bar, ensuring you can savor a steaming cup of coffee each morning while immersing yourself in the tranquil surroundings.

While some guests have been able to park smaller boats and trailers in the driveway, boat access and dockage are not officially included or guaranteed as part of this listing. Easy Check-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500.
