Looking for the perfect spot to spend your time in Fredericksburg? Come and stay in one of our cozy tiny homes; each one has its own unique style and layout. Tiny but spacious describes the home's interior. Each has a comfortable place to sit and relax and either a full kitchen or kitchenette (microwave & Refrigerator only) for making a delicious snack or meal. Outside you have your own private patio to take in the stunning sunset while sipping on a glass of wine. What are you waiting for? Easy Check-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Happy Guest is web-based and user-friendly, with all the info about the house and local spots. Very cute home! Extremely close to Main Street and the wineries are no more than a 10 minute drive. Would definitely stay again!

This is the PERFECT stay while in Fredericksburg! I absolutely loved the property, the tiny house was super cute and clean and being so close to The Edge (which was also stunning) was amazing! Being able to end our wine tour at The Edge and go straight to our house was perfect! I also highly recommend ending at the edge around sunset the overlook onto the river is beautiful!

Having a nice quite place on our tiny home patio was perfect to enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the morning ❤️

The part I really appreciated the most was how quick their team was to answer any questions I had as well as how kind their team is! Definitely will be back!
