Great comfy place, the beds were so comfortable! It’s a drive to town but no more then 5-7 mins. Very open floor plan in kitchen and living room where we spent most of our nights watching movies. Backyard is very peaceful. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Would stay here again.

Great weekend stay. The property is actually 5 minutes to Main Street by car, located in a cute, quiet neighborhood. The bedrooms were all very comfortable. I was lucky enough to stay in the master which was so nice & comfortable. All the pictures are accurate. The property was very clean. The only hiccups were the outlet plugs in the master bath did not work, however there was a plug right outside of the doorway so I was still able to blow dry my hair. Also the coffee maker wasn’t working. I reached out to the mgmt company and they were very quick to respond. We only stayed 2 nights so it wasn’t a big deal. I would definitely stay here again!

We couldn’t have asked for a better location and stay in the heart of Fredericksburg! This house is located just a couple of minutes from Main St, very close to many shops and restaurants, and a short drive to parks and wineries. The space is clean, very comfortable (we were two families with two young boys each) and nicely stocked and decorated. The backyard space is also great, which we enjoyed with the perfect weather during our stay. We give it 5 stars for a perfect spring break vacation!
