Welcome to Rustic Charm! As the name states, this "Charming" home is one mile from the ever-so-famous and historic downtown Main Street. Spend your morning sipping coffee in the relaxing sunroom while watching the Sun's warming glow through the wall of windows while preparing for your fun and adventurous day in Fredericksburg. After a day of visiting the Hill Country's award-winning wineries, shopping the many unique stores on Main Street, or hiking Enchanted Rock, gather around the fire pit in the spacious fenced backyard and make memories to last a lifetime.
Rustic Charm is ideal for two couples or small families to enjoy everything Fredericksburg offers. In the living room, two comfortable leather sofas will be a favorite spot to chat about the day's activities. Both sofas are in perfect view of the 52" television, so you can pop some popcorn and watch a movie, your favorite show or catch the big game. The home can sleep up to six guests, as one sofa has a queen sleeper perfect for sleeping two guests.
Fredericksburg is a foodie's dream with authentic German fare, hip cafes, fine dining, and everything in between, but if you prefer to dine in, the galley-style kitchen has everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal. There is also a grill available if quick and delicious and more your style.
When you are ready to end the day and drift off to dreamland, each bedroom offers a cozy queen bed with memory foam mattresses set in a beautiful wood frame with luxury linens. There is also a workspace in one of the bedrooms if you need to get a little work done while you are here. Rustic Charm is the perfect retreat for a memorable stay in the fabulous Texas Hill Country!
