Great stay.

We had a great stay. The cottage had everything we needed. Just a short drive from Main Street in Fredericksburg. It was a great place to retreat to and relax in the evening. The surroundings were quiet and serene and the sky at night is beautiful. A welcome change from the hectic pace of the city. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our time here. Love all of the wildlife on the property. Comfortable beds and amazing water pressure in the shower. Super fast internet. We will definitely stay again.

The property is gorgeous and quiet in the middle of nowhere. We could see the shooting stars at night as well as multiple satellites. The morning consisted of deer and jackrabbits gracing us. Highly recommend!

We LOVED every single thing about our stay at Windmill Meadows! The cottages feel like luxury in a landscape of pure Texas beauty. You can tell these cottages had a lot of attention and care put into them. From the decor, to the comfortable beds, to the amazing water pressure in the shower, everything felt just right. A little home away from home. We will definitely be back in Fredericksburg and staying at these cottages again!

We had a great time out in the Texas Hill Country. The studio was very clean and well organized. We had some very nice cast iron to cook some great food. The access to the grill and the fire pit area was awesome. Being a little further out from the light pollution in town, we had a great view of the stars while enjoying some wine.

Just finished weekend in F’burg and had amazing time! This review is for where we stayed. Windmill Meadows Cottages. Such a cute cottage! 10 minutes from hustle and bustle of downtown so we were close enough to enjoy all the shopping and excitement in town but then escaped to peace and quiet of our evening surroundings! Cottage had very strong wifi, Netflix, mini kitchen setup that we loved being able enjoy evening beverages and snacks. Extra special touch with k cup variety ready and waiting…. Plus holiday decorations so added a homey touch. The extra heater in bathroom was so nice that I want this at home, lol- and the shower was gorgeous! My husband was even able to spot a few deer right out front this morning! Highly recommend! ????
 

Great stay.

We had a great stay at the Lone Star cottage. Really appreciated the bigger fridge as we did use the gas grill one night and it was able to hold all our items. Wife loved the modern farm charm as the cottage was well appointed, comfortable and clean. I loved being in the HILLS and able to relax and enjoy the wildlife yet, only about 10 minutes to downtown.
