This luxurious and modern lake view home boasts all the resort-style amenities that are ideal for families, small groups, and lake-going weekend warriors! This stunning home is located in the beautiful Horseshoe Bay area. It is a brand new home that proves to be an entertainer’s dream with three outdoor patios/decks, an open concept living area downstairs, and ample bedroom spaces upstairs.
It is truly a gem with stunning water views and plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces for everyone! The main floor has a spacious kitchen, living, and dining area that is generously equipped to handle gatherings with your friends and family. There are six televisions throughout the home and plenty of other amenities to entertain you. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you’ll need to dine in or entertain: indoor & outdoor dishes, flatware, serving platters, glassware including wine glasses, and all the appliances you will need to cook. There is no need to bring anything when you stay at this home.
The home has three bedrooms and two luxurious bathrooms sleeping eight comfortably. The spacious bedrooms offer the latest in mattresses and bedding, offering optimal comfort and a comfy night's sleep, especially after a long day exploring and enjoying the lake. In addition to the three bedrooms upstairs, there is a game room perfect for kids and teenagers! In the game room, you’ll find a large screen tv, an assortment of games, and a comfortable sofa that pulls out to sleep two.
When you are ready to enjoy the outdoors – you will have plenty to choose from! If you are feeling active you can take the two-person kayak out on the lake, play ping pong or play one of several other outdoor games you have access to. When you are ready to relax, there are three outdoor living spaces – depending on your mood, you can choose to relax in the hammock, watch the sunset from the fire table or take in the sun in the lounge chairs on the upper deck! Entertaining outdoors is easy with the BBQ grill, outdoor dining area, and an outdoor TV.
This home was built in 2020 and has all the amenities you could ask for! Other features include a laundry area, plenty of parking, and generous furnishings throughout the home.

Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. This home had everything needed for our stay. Couches and beds were extremely comfortable and it was so spacious for hanging out with family. Kitchen was great for morning breakfast and there were plenty of deer to watch in the yard while enjoying coffee.

Great place! Super nice, clean as a whistle, everything is new, cool tech. They let us borrow their kayak and huge tube. ONLY thing missing would be an electric pump. My husband was sweating blowing up that HUGE tube with a bike pump. Would stay again anytime. The master bed is bomb.

WOW!! Such a perfect lake stay! (If you are reading this review, save yourself the wordage and book it just book it....)
With our house in the heart of Dallas in the middle of a major remodel, we needed to get out of the city for the sake of sanity as well as electricity and a kitchen. We figured that we would add a lake to that all b/c why not?!
I have been to nearly every type of Air-Bnb there is and I do my research before booking them to a fault. It's odd that I'm ever surprised with my stays but this home and property was so incredible that I was frankly just shocked. They give you all the amenities you want in a high-end hotel, with the ease, comfort and room of a brand new lake home....and then they add more!
From the outdoor living spaces were we read in the sun on both decks, ate dinner on the porch in the evening, fished off the dock and fed the heard of deer that we have now named; to the indoor space that had everything you could possibly ask for (I cooked every meal while we were here and they didn't miss one thing that I needed..). I beat my husband at ping-pong for the first time since college and we played 3 games of Sorry by the actual rules... and we watched the Final Four games on all their perfectly set up TV's as we probably needed their electricity the most for that. #RockChalk.
I can't say enough for this home, this location and the hosting staff that were all second to none. We came home to electricity and a kitchen with at least some cabinets now hung; but even when that's all done with we will come up with another excuse to drive back down to this amazing home on Horseshoe Bay.

This was a great girls' get-away. My friend and my daughter did not want to leave. Feeding the deer was a definite favorite of ours. I introduced my 11 yo daughter to ping pong and now we "have to get a table." The house was super clean and the beds were so comfortable. I meant to look at what brand the master was. I haven't slept that good in quite a while. We are hoping to book another stay in July. Absolutely loved it!

Beautiful, clean home with a beautiful view of the lake. We enjoyed the fire pit on the upper deck and sitting on the porch enjoying the deer. The home is spacious and allowed us to spread out. Nicely equipped kitchen helped to make our meals easy (especially our Christmas meal). There are plenty of comfortable beds for a good night’s sleep. The kids enjoyed the games, fishing and even got in the lake for a quick swim. This was a wonderful experience and we will be back!!

This house was a perfect stay for my family and me. The teenagers could sleep late undisturbed while my husband and i sat out on the balcony drinking coffee. This Bayside home is absolutely stunning!! We loved having coffee on the front porch while watching & feeding the deer in the mornings. Great house !! Everything is as advertised but be advised the boat slip is very narrow to turn into and there are shallow rocks around the area that you will need to navigate around. However great location, close to a fantastic grocery store that offers cooked and non cooked items and the house was very clean.

Our family celebrated my 60th birthday at this beautiful lakeside home. It was absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The towels and bed linens were all super plush and the word luxury linens is a true statement. Being able to walk out your back door and be on the water was exactly what we were looking for. The water is shallow so my grandsons loved being able to swim in the lake just outside our back door. There’s a beautiful 2 story dock with a boat slip. My son brought his boat so having the boat slip and dock was an added bonus! We all loved kayaking and playing ping pong at night. They even supplied life jackets. My grandsons loved the deer. They were everywhere and would literally eat from their hands. Bring lots of apples and watermelon... Fredericksburg is less than an hours drive so we even spent a day over there. It truly was a perfect 5 days. It will be a wonderful, forever memory for each of us. We will be back.

My stay here was absolutely amazing! The house was even better in person than in the pictures. It was very clean and seem brand new. I would 100% recommend this to any families coming to stay in the marble Falls area. I will definitely be returning! Don’t look elsewhere and book here!
