As soon as you step inside, you'll be welcomed by a spacious living room with a large sectional sofa and an array of board games. Whether you want to relax and unwind or play a game with your friends and family, you'll find plenty of entertainment options.
The kitchen is a foodie's delight, with its spacious design and a breakfast bar with stools. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, you'll have everything you need to cook and serve your meals in style.
This beautiful home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, each offering a comfortable and cozy sleeping experience. Two bedrooms are fitted with king-sized beds, perfect for a restful night's sleep, while the third bedroom features a queen-sized bed. Each bedroom has a television, so you can enjoy your favorite shows or movies privately.
The hallway bathroom is shared by two of the bedrooms. It features a tub-shower combo, perfect for washing up after a long day exploring the local area. The primary en-suite bathroom is a true oasis with a soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower.
When it's time to step outside, you'll be greeted by a sprawling backyard with something for everyone. There's a deck with a bar-b-que pit and rockers, a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, and a giant Connect Four. For the kids, there's a playset with swings and a slide that they're sure to love. There's even a private hot tub partially fenced by a privacy fence for the ultimate relaxation.
You will also have access to a washer and dryer during your stay, so you won't have to worry about packing too much or running out of clean clothes. With its spacious design, convenient location, and thoughtful amenities, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation home is the perfect getaway for those who want to enjoy the best of both worlds.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is in a great location (about 1/2 mile from all the shops & restaurants on Main Street) & is kept very clean. There is a strong mothball smell when you walk in for anyone who has smell-triggered migraines. It is exactly how it looks in the pictures online. Great for bachelorettes as the beds are large, the house kept well, super close to food & shopping, & there are a lot of fun games (both indoor & outdoor) that are a available for you to use. Highly recommend & would book again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is in such a convenient location for walking to the historic downtown, restaurants, playgrounds, etc. We were a family of three generations and having the bedrooms at each end of the house separated by the common space was a great perk. For families with small children, there were toys, a portable crib and high chair, and the play set in the backyard was an easy distraction. Fredericksburg is a great destination.

Perfect location! Several blocks off of Main, so it was nice and quiet but still close enough for a walk home after supper. The owners have thought of and provided all the little things that make this house feel like a home.
Our group was 4 adults but the house is well equipped for adults and kids, so very family friendly.
We very much enjoyed our first trip to Fredericksburg and would stay here again.

This is a great house in Fredericksburg. It has three bedrooms with king sized beds in each. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large table and chairs. It has TVs in the living room and each bedroom and wifi throughout. It was clean and spotless. The bathroom includes lots of towels. It has a large backyard with a great hot tub with a privacy fence surrounding it. Parking for two cars is available directly in front of the garage. It is located just a 3 minute drive from Main Street and so is convenient to restaurants, bars and grocery stores. This house is as advertised! We will be returning in the future.

A wonderful little gem in Fredericksburg. This house has a great floor plan for sharing, with 2 bedrooms on one end and the third on the other. Everything was clean and the beds are very comfortable. The backyard was a big plus for us since we traveled with our toddler who was able to play there safely for hours. Didn’t try the hot tub, but it looked sparkling clean. The communication from the property manager was excellent. We look forward to returning.

We booked three nights at the end of a week which was a perfect time to go to the busy weekend getaway town of Fredericksburg from a busy work a day city like San Antonio…Not too many people, wineries and restaurants not too crowded.. The house was perfect, big, fresh and comfortable… one thing I have been asking for in most of the airbnb’s I have stayed in around the world…A full length mirror! Good beds.. hot shower with good pressure.
…all you need!
And the hot tub..an added bonus after tasting wine all day.. Very relaxing.. We will be back!

This home is a gem! It’s only a few blocks from the Main Street attractions, so it’s close to all the fun, while also maintaining a feeling of quiet and privacy away from the crowds.

My wife and I enjoyed the backyard patio a lot. The hot tub was an especially nice feature. We are also thankful that there are so many child-friendly inclusions to this home, such as the high chair, which we used for our daughter. We would love to come back soon and stay again!

The house was excellent for our needs. It was kid-friendly--with s'more sticks and a firepit, a playground and a giant "Connect 4" game out back, and even some fun toys in the drawers of the entertainment center. We could walk to Main Street and it was easy to get around FBG from there. Having the w&d was also helpful for keeping things clean on the stay! We would stay again and highly recommend!

The house was even better in person. They provided a few toys and games which our kids were super excited about. The backyard was amazing. We had fun grilling, our kids played on the swing set and with the connect four, we roasted marshmallows, and my husband and I got to relax in the hot tub after a long day of waking and chasing kids. Do be sure to bring bug spray during mosquito season because they’re bad! But that’s just Texas for you, nothing about the house in particular.

Everything was very clean and fully stocked. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Fredericksburg.

Our stay was exactly what we didn’t know we needed! House was located perfectly! Peaceful and quiet.
Couple quick things about the house. Master Bath toilet barely flushed TP, plunger on hand but probably should be looked at.
Coffee maker is SLOW! 35-45 (yes we timed it) to brew 12 cups. Either needs cleaning or replacing.

We got in a little after 9, and I was thankful the lights were on and the house was well lit. It’s clear the owner pays attention to details. I was thankful for the fresh fruit and muffins for breakfast. There was a set up for s’mores, which was really cute. The pictures don’t do the house justice, especially the backyard. The backyard was gorgeous at night. My daughters, 5 and 18 months, loved the swing set and the giant connect four. I would definitely stay here again.

6 of us went for a girls weekend and had a blast. This is one of the best apportioned VRBO type homes I have stayed in! Love the technology, the hot tub, the layout, and the fun bath products. We felt right at home and will definitely be back. I have already told 7 people about this house.

Very nice clean house close to downtown. Easy access to all Fredericksburg has to offer. Had a great girlfriend getaway and the house accommodated the six of us with plenty of room. Would definitely return.

The house was great! They had everything we needed right up to stuff for S’mores if we wanted. We were also pleasantly surprised with a bowl of fruit and a delicious lemon bundt cake waiting for us when we arrived!
The only suggestion I would make is to add a full length mirror - a necessity for women 🙂
Will definitely use this house again if available! Thank you!

We really enjoyed the house,fruit,flowers. The cake was nice,but we were not real sweet eaters. The accommodation were very nice.
Here are a few things you may not be aware of, no ice from refrigerator, it did not work. No hot water in middle bathroom sink and toilet seat needs to be tightened.
You might consider installing a hand rail by the front steps. Is okay if you are young but a little difficult for the seniors.
Will return every chance we can.

This place is great for a weekend getaway!! Wonderful backyard for relaxing and enjoying family. Netflix on all of the TVs. Very cozy as well. We will definitely be back!!
