Welcome to The Getaway! An optimal vacation experience awaits at this private home nestled on 1 acre at the edge of town. The serene and peaceful backyard, with its relaxing hot tub and cozy firepit, will be your favorite place to gather at the end of a day spent exploring Fredericksburg. The Getaway also boasts a unique outdoor covered barn with string lights, an outdoor bar area, tables, and chairs. Bring a cooler with your favorite beverages, snacks, and games to have an outdoor game night.

This modern farmhouse hosts a spacious open-concept floor plan perfect for socializing with friends and family. The large kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, cooking basics and utensils, a drip coffee maker, and plenty of countertop space should you decide to dine in during your stay. The home has three spacious bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms, one of the bathrooms is en-suite to the primary bedroom. The primary and second bedrooms have sizeable, comfortable king-sized beds with luxury linens. The third bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The Getaway is the ultimate vacation home for a memorable stay in the Texas hill country!

Easy Check-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $62.54 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Happy Guest is web-based and user-friendly, with all the info about the house and local spots. Super nice place! Lots of shade available and outdoor seating, included bonus is you have some privacy as other houses aren’t staked all on top of it. The house is probably sitting on 1 acre of land or more. House is laid out well and comfortable. Zero complaints what so ever. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend.

We had a great time in our rental. The hot tub was a little scungey when we got there, but someone showed up to clean it the first day and then it was good to go. The house is brand new and pristine. It had a great layout. We really enjoyed our coffee on the porch every morning and seeing the sunset every night. The place feels pretty remote but is actually very close to town. The cow neighbors were polite and quiet with very little mooing.

If you want to be close to the heart of Fredericksburg day and night life but feel as though you also have your own little secluded country oasis then this home is for you!
