The Homestead w/Wine Cellar
The Homestead, originally built in the 1880's and just one block off Main St., is a stunning luxury estate which has undergone a recent total renovation. Located in the Historic District, The Homestead consists of two homes (The Main House and The Carriage House) and is ideal for couples, large groups, family reunions, or a large friends retreat. The combined 7 bedrooms sleep 14 comfortably in luxurious beds and has 5 spa inspired baths.
The Main House has four bedrooms (two kings, one queen and two twins), three luxurious marble and granite baths, a large kitchen-dining room-living room, and two outdoor gathering spaces, including one with a fire pit. The 12-foot ceilings create an expansive feel to the home, but the highlight of this historic home has to be the private, underground, fully stocked wine cellar!
The Carriage House is situated directly behind the Main House and consists of three bedrooms (two kings, two twins), two luxurious granite and marble baths, a well-appointed kitchen, dinning room, and living area. Enjoy two additional outdoor gathering areas, one of which has a fire pit.
The large driveway provides for four off-street parking spaces. This Homestead is in a prime location just one block off Main St. Shops, Wineries, and restaurants area all just a few minutes walk out the front door!

We stayed in this home for a girls trip with 10 women. It was perfect. There are basically two homes which allowed us to have a night house with our night owls who stay up late, and morning house for those that are early risers. There is a cozy, sunken wine room which was where all the memorable conversations took place. The location couldn't be better and the host was responsive and helpful.

Family Retreat

This home was perfect for our group of adults. We rented both homes and it was perfect for gathering, close to the Main Street, well appointed with everything we needed. Upon arrival the back house wasn’t cleaned and they were there within 30 minutes to clean it and have it perfect for us. Can’t recommend this enough!

We took advantage of the entire house (both the Main house & the Carriage house). Let me tell y'all...it did not disappoint! It is very convenient and only a block away from Main Street. They have thought of it all down to the wine cellar having wine you could enjoy with a donation. The description, pictures, and amenities are all very accurate to the listing. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

This place was so clean and cozy! The pictures and description were extremely accurate, and they made sure in advance that the home would be comfortable and stocked with everything we would need (shampoo, soaps, garbage bags, extra blankets and towels, etc). I loved how you could really feel the history in the house, yet at the same time, it felt very modern in terms of comfort and cleanliness. The old wine cellar was very cool and unique.

Check-in was extremely easy and property was amazing!! It accommodated our party of 10 just fine. It was conveniently located a block away from Main Street and had plenty of coffee, eats and shops within walking distance.

The place was wonderful, with lots of outside sitting options. Well equipped with everything we needed. The code is was given was wrong, and I spend quite a while trying to get in, but after that was corrected we were fine.

10/10 would recommend this location for anybody who has a large group! Close to the Main Street and plenty of space for everybody to stay and not feel overwhelmed! The staff were easy to contact with any questions during and before our stay!
