This bright and welcoming property offers a spacious retreat just under twenty minutes from the heart of Fredericksburg.
As you step inside, you'll find the living room, a radiant space centered around a cozy fireplace. The comfortable couch and chairs provide ample seating for relaxation and conversation. This room serves as the heart of the home, a gathering point for everyone.

Flowing seamlessly from the living room is the dining area. A generous table comfortably seats ten, making it a wonderful spot for group meals and celebrations. The open floor plan ensures that even when you're not at the table, you're still part of the action.

The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream. Featuring a large kitchen island, there's no shortage of counter space. Additional seating for four at the island ensures that meal preparation becomes a communal activity.

The master bedroom is an oasis in itself, featuring a king-sized bed and a bonus set of twin over twin bunk beds. The en-suite bathroom is a true luxury, offering a large soaking tub, a separate shower, and a double vanity. This master suite provides a spacious and private retreat.

Bedrooms two and three are equally inviting, offering king-sized beds for restful nights.
