Vintage-inspired tiled floors add character, and a convenient laundry nook and desk area effortlessly flow into the dining space, creating a practical and efficient layout for your comfort.
The dining area features a generously sized table that comfortably seats six, making it an ideal gathering place for family and friends.

The fourth bedroom features a king bed completing the sleeping arrangements.

The home was absolutely lovely. I went on a Girls’ Trip with 3 other friends and we all had plenty of space. The beds were warm and cozy and the water pressure in the showers was great. The home is located close to Main Street and several great restaurants. Some of us did have to work a bit and the WIFI was good enough to accommodate up to 3 of us working at the same time.

Flawless stay for two families with older teens and young adults. The house was immaculately clean, and we are picky about that! Decor was perfectly executed, on-trend, and homey. The layout was just right for offering privacy or togetherness. Three minute drive to Main St., five minutes to HEB and our favorite new cocktail bar - Stable. We stayed for a moms get away in this precious house There were 7 of us and we absolutely loved staying here! Honestly it was very roomy and could have easily slept 8-10. A group of us stayed here for a girls’ weekend and it was the perfect place for us! The house is very nicely appointed, very clean, and cutely decorated. There are lots of beds so everyone got to have their own. The kitchen was great for cooking our own meals, and the bar in the kitchen allowed for us to all sit there and talk while the cooks were cooking. The dining table was perfect for our evening games. While it was too cold for us to enjoy the wonderful picnic table, cornhole game, and fire pit in the backyard, we would love to come back and be able to take advantage of those as well. Would highly recommend for a group or large family. We will likely be back!

We travelled to Fredericksburg with another family and stayed together at the cottage on College. It had ample space for the two couples, as well as the 5 children and grandparent. There were plenty of amenities on site - propane grill, fire pit, corn hole, television, etc. - to keep everyone occupied while staying in the cottage. Beyond that, it was a short walk to downtown Fredericksburg, where we spent two mornings walking around the holiday lights, and just a short drive to Enchanted Rock State Park, where we spent two afternoons hiking. I would recommend the stay at the cottage on College to anyone. The staff at Cozi made contact just before our stay, and provided an update on the status of the cleaning crew used just before we arrived. The key was a combination code on the front door, so arrival and check in was quick and efficient.

Beautiful house in a lovely neighborhood within walking distance of Main. We filled the house, and there was plenty of room for all of us. Though the house was close to the corner of a busier street, there was enough distance that noise wasn’t an issue and we felt safe, and definitely like we were situated within the neighborhood. Will definitely recommend Cozi to friends staying in Fredericksburg, and would consider them for a future stay myself!
