Nice neighborhood, nice house, clean and quiet area. It is away from the shopping areas, but they are a short drive away. It would be a long walk to the Main Street shopping area.

Beautiful place with small, but very nice back yard. Beds were comfy and linens nice. If you don't mind a walk, it is about 1 mile each way to the downtown restaurants. I would recommend staying here!

This Airbnb was soooo adorable! This was for my sister’s bachelorette party and everyone who attended thought this was amazing. Great job on this and I would totally love to book with y’all again! It was very clean, adorably furnished, and was in a great location! We used the chiminea and we loved it! When we walked in, they had the tv streaming a cute fall video they really started the trip off nicely.

The house was super cute and just enough space for our group. Check in was extremely easy, very clean, honestly the house looked brand new and we were in awe of how pretty it is. Matt & Jenna reached our immediately after I booked and that made me feel very comfortable and like I could really reach out to them at any time. I only wish we could have stayed longer and that it was closer to the hubbub but that was more because my feet were hurting ? the house was actually pretty close to all the shops and restaurants, just wear comfortable shoes for walking.

Great Location, not necessarily walkable to Main but easy access. Nice set up for a girl's weekend. Very clean and everything we needed for the weekend was there. Wish it would have been a cooler weekend to use the firepit. I would book again.

First, the communication before, during stay and end of stay was 100% great! Super friendly. Two, the house is absolutely adorable. Exactly as described. Plenty of room. It’s the perfect little getaway house. It’s close to town. It wasn’t walking distance to the main shopping area in our opinion but super close to everything. It’s also in a very quiet nice neighborhood. The only thing we couldn’t find was an ironing board and toaster. There was an iron. Not sure if it was suppose to have a toaster. But not a super big deal. Also the outlet on was that is in dining room seems to have an issue. It was not charging a phone. Might need to look at it. But it was a perfect place to stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was perfect! This house is super well laid out and has all the essential items you need for a stay in Fredericksburg. Easy walking distance to a local coffee shop and great area to get on back country roads to enjoy a nice bike ride. We would definitely stay again!

This was a perfect choice for our fall get-a-way to Fredericksburg with three other couples. The house was spotless and very tastefully decorated in a casual elegance. It was calming and inviting. The kitchen had everything needed to cook "at home" if desired. The location is a short Uber ride to downtown restaurants and shops. There is some room for improvement in regards to the beds and their degree of comfort. Check in and check out were seamless. Prior to our stay any questions we had were answered almost immediately when sent. This was an excellent choice and one we would return to again!

Beautiful and cozy house perfect for a party of 8. Host provided a fully equipped kitchen with silverware and serving dishes. This was great since we decided to prepare breakfast. I loved the open layout of the kitchen to the dining and living areas. We didn’t hang out in the backyard much, but the patio was a nice touch. I also appreciated fresh linens in the bathrooms and kitchen. ***Heads up for those traveling with the handi- capable*** This place does have a walk-in shower with a bench in the master. It does not have rails, but definitely made showering easier for my grandma. Check in and out was a breeze. Overall a perfect stay. Definitely a better value over the hotel we had booked before I found this place.
