We’re thrilled to announce that Cozi Vacation Rentals is set to enter a new era as we rebrand to Stay Texas.

Inspired by our deep connection to the beautiful Hill Country, Stay Texas is a brand that fully aligns with our focus on delivering true Texan values and local hospitality to travelers and homeowners alike.

Rebranding is an opportunity to fine-tune our identity and better represent who we are, who we serve, and where we’re headed. We have some exciting changes to look forward to that will improve experiences for both homeowners and guests.

Our Cozi Roots

Cozi Vacation Rentals started life as an urban-focused brand on the East Coast of Texas. The original vision was for a hospitality-first company that put the guest experience at the center of everything.

We wanted to make guests feel genuinely cared for in properties that provided total comfort. That’s why Cozi felt like the perfect brand name. However, in late 2023, we began to notice that our Cozi brand wasn’t all we wanted to offer our Texas audience.

After slowly building a strategy for rebranding that would bring long-term success, we decided in 2024 to go ahead with the Stay Texas name. Since then, we’ve been working behind the scenes to develop a new visual identity and evolve our operations to provide a more focused hospitality experience that is designed specifically for the Texas market.

Stay Texas is Unmistakably Local

Our vision has not changed. Guest comfort is still our biggest priority, and we’re still delivering incredible stays. The only difference is that our Stay Texas identity better reflects our location and our desire to center the impeccable hospitality that Texas is known for.

Stay Texas is a declaration of who we are and who we serve. It’s bold, welcoming, and unmistakably local.

For travelers, Stay Texas makes it clear that they’re booking accommodation with a Texas-based company that knows just how special its home state is. It shows that we can offer local expertise, quality properties, and true Texan hospitality.

You can expect to see some changes as we transition to the Stay Texas brand, but rest assured that there won’t be any interruptions to our service. In fact, our plans are set to improve experiences across the board.

There will be some changes related to guest bookings and communications, but only for the better. We’re upgrading our systems to streamline the booking process and enhance the overall guest experience.

We expect our new website to go live by September 22, 2025. We’ll share the new URL when it’s ready to share.

This new site is optimized for direct bookings. It offers smoother guest communications and an elevated design that better showcases the amenities of every home.

We’re also set to launch personalized experiences for guests by building partnerships with local businesses. This will allow every stay booked with us to feel like a curated vacation.

Stronger market positioning for homeowners

The rebrand to Stay Texas will give our homeowners a stronger and more strategic position in the market that will drive bookings and boost revenue.

The Stay Texas focus on local will help to build trust with travelers looking for dependable, high-quality accommodation in Texas. Plus, our upgraded technology and marketing tools will help to get your properties in front of the eyes of your target audience.

Seamless Transition to the New Website

Our new website will be www.staytexas.com.

All Cozi URLs will be changing, but this will not cause disruption for guests or homeowners. URLs and contact information will be redirected seamlessly.

Our social media handles will also have the Stay Texas name. Keep an eye on our social channels to see the changes.

Expansion Throughout Texas

Our goal for Stay Texas is to scale up within the state, which means we’ll be expanding into new markets. You can expect us to have a presence in the top vacation destinations throughout Texas.

We also plan to invest in technology, operations, and local partnerships to create experiences for guests and homeowners that stand out in every corner of the state. Our vision is to be the most trusted vacation rental brand in Texas.
